At XPress Graphics, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made products created just for you. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item with a genuine defect (beyond the small variations expected in handmade production), we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Below is our complete return and refund policy to help ensure a smooth experience.
1. Custom-Made Products & Sizing

All of our products are made to order and tailored to your specifications.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind after placing an order

Sizing Tip: Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re unsure, we recommend ordering a blank sample or contacting us for guidance.
2. What We Consider Defective
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility. Defects eligible for a return or refund include:

Printing errors

Damage during production or shipping

Material or stitching flaws
Please note: Slight variations, such as prints being up to 1″ off-center, are considered normal for handcrafted products and are not treated as defects.
3. How to Request a Return for a Defective Item
If you believe your item is defective:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos.

If confirmed defective, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
For approved defective returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will be responsible for dropping the package off at the post office or shipping carrier. You may also choose to drop the item off at our location.
Condition requirement: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. Washed or worn products cannot be refunded or replaced.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been used, altered, washed, or show signs of wear
5. Blank Sample Orders
If you’re unsure about sizing, you can order a blank sample before placing your final custom order. This helps ensure the perfect fit and style before customization.
